Hey, there!
Warmer weather meandered into Tennessee this week, and boy is it welcome. We celebrated the mild temps and sunshine by getting out for our first round of golf (aka “folk golf”) of 2025.

But of course that was just a li’l break from the many tasks involved with prepping for our album release. (Which, if you missed the last newsletter, is happening on APRIL 11!)
Big excitement today: We are now taking preorders at Bandcamp!
Tell all your friends! Both digital and CD preorders are now live.
And…
If you’re a Spotify user you can assist us in appeasing our robot overlords by pre-saving the streaming version of the album over there!

FOOD FOLLOWUP
We got several questions about the “epic potpie” that was pictured in our last note. The photogenic topping is indeed phyllo dough! (I just brush the sheets with olive oil and wad them up and place them on top till it’s covered.) And this is a totally unsponsored endorsement: the free range organic chicken from Farmer Focus is definitely a big reason for the epicness of the aforementioned potpie. (You know the Portlandia skit about the chicken? It’s kinda like that.)
MORE SOON!
Thank you for reading, listening, watching, sharing, following, ordering, and generally showing up—you keep us afloat in our creative endeavors, and we are deeply grateful.
We’ll be writing more soon (and posting more videos on YouTube) about the album and everything else. In the meantime, we’re sending you lots of good vibes, cuz we all need ‘em at the moment.
Till soon —

Looking at your schedule and wondering if you’ve ever taken a short trip to Chattanooga to play at Barking Legs Theater. Small venue only holds 125 or so. I have seen Joe Decosimo/Luke Richardson there and Molskys Mountain Drifters among others. Hope y’all check it out would love to see you there.
Okay, I understand about teasers for new CD's and such. Makes sense. Teasers for upcoming birthday presents and special events have there place too. All good fun. But teasing us about Tofu Chocolate Pudding?! C'mon y'all, that's just not fair. Please, please redeem yourselves by sharing the recipe ASAP. Your image as kind and loving people is on the line. It's not too late!
